Legend – Madeira Finish

  • Nose: Fresh apples, citrus, cream fudge and sultanas.
  • Palate: Smooth, sweet, rich dried fruits with a hint of balancing bitterness.
  • Finish: Long notes of Madeira cake and sultanas.

Celt – Peated Finish

  • Nose: Gentle peat smoke, rocky shoreline and warm marmalade on toast.
  • Palate: Sweetness upfront followed by soft, medicinal peat.
  • Finish: Light bitterness and lingering freshness.

Myth – STR Cask Finish

  • Nose: Bright citrus, apple, pear drops and subtle tropical notes.
  • Palate: Dominantly sweet, evolving to gentle bitterness with lively mixed fruits.
