Choosing a delivery date
You can choose a preferred delivery date in your basket before checkout. We deliver Tuesday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Where a preferred delivery date is selected, we will always do our best to meet it; however, it cannot be guaranteed. Your order may arrive slightly earlier to ensure it reaches you or the recipient on time.
Christmas Hamper Orders
Christmas hampers usually go out in the week commencing 14 December 2026. If you would like yours to arrive earlier, or on a particular day, simply choose your preferred delivery date in the basket. The last day to order for Christmas delivery is Thursday 17 December 2026, for delivery by Wednesday 23 December. We are closed from 24 December 2026 to 4 January 2027.
Please note: Some contents are dependent on availability due to their artisan small-batch nature. However, should any items not be available, rest assured they will be substituted with something similar of equal value, ensuring your recipient receives an equally delightful experience.
Please ensure the recipient is available to accept the delivery. We cannot be liable for non-deliveries due to incorrect details of an address or if the recipient is unavailable upon delivery.
