Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and put things right as quickly as possible.

If you or your recipient receive a damaged or defective hamper, please contact us on 07896705257 or email hello@angleseyhampercompany.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt, quoting your order number.

We take great pride in providing high-quality products and do everything possible to ensure items are protected during transit.

Please note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds for Damages

If damage or courier-related issues occur, we require photographic evidence. Once we have assessed the images, we will confirm whether a refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Product Availability & Substitution Policy

At Anglesey Hamper Co., we pride ourselves on offering artisan, small-batch items of exceptional quality. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, availability can occasionally be limited especially during busy periods.

In the rare event that an item is unavailable, we may substitute it with a product of equal value and similar quality to ensure your recipient enjoys an equally delightful experience. We always aim to choose a substitute that complements the rest of the hamper.

If you are not satisfied with a substituted item, we are happy to offer a full refund upon its return. Simply contact our team and we will guide you through the process.
