Gorgeous box, great quality, and looks great. However, items missing , and had to wait 5 days for them to be delivered after communication with company. The main point of having a pickle, crackers, cheese hamper is not to miss out the crackers and cheese

I’m very sorry that the cheese was missing from your hamper. You communicated directly with me as sole owner of the business, and unfortunately, I made an error when packing your order due to confusion with a similar order. I take full responsibility for this.

I’m also sorry that the replacement items took several days to arrive. We spoke on the Friday before the bank-holiday period, so even if we dispatched that day, the earliest expected delivery we could provide was the 2nd.

I completely appreciate that the cheese was an essential part of the hamper, and I’m sorry that this affected your experience. I hope the steps I took to put things right will give you the confidence to trust my small business with another hamper in the future, so I can provide you with the service you deserved on this occasion.
