Introducing Caws Rhyd Y Delyn Anglesey, an intensely creamy blue cheese produced on a family-run farm on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, in Pentraeth. Made with pasteurised cow's milk from a herd of Holstein Fresians bred on the same farm where the cheese is crafted. To enhance its flavour, they incorporate Halen Môn Sea Salt, sourced from the clean, clear seawaters surrounding the island of Anglesey.
