Rock Star, their debut vintage cave-aged Cheddar, matures for 18 months inside Welsh slate caverns in the heart of Snowdonia. With a hint of sweetness and a long savory tang, Rock Star’s complex flavours are as deep as the historical caverns it’s aged in. Smooth and creamy with occasional crystal crunch, it is sealed in slate-blue wax and is the undisputed star of any cheeseboard.
