Delivery information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 48 hours. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday via Royal Mail/ParcelForce or other courier.

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over £40
  • Free Delivery on Letterbox Hampers: All letterbox hampers include free standard UK delivery, regardless of order total.

You can choose your preferred delivery date in the cart (Tuesday–Friday only). We dispatch Monday to Thursday to ensure your hamper arrives in perfect condition. Orders placed Friday–Sunday will be processed on Monday.
