Barti Spiced, created by The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company, melds Caribbean rums with delicate hints of vanilla, cloves, and orange, alongside a clandestine ingredient: Pembrokeshire laver seaweed, affectionately known as Welshman's caviar. Bottled at 35% ABV, it technically defies classification as a spiced rum due to regulations. Its moniker pays homage to the renowned Pembrokeshire Pirate, 'Barti Ddu,' or 'Black Bart' in English.
