Originally created for the Snowdon Mountain Railway shop at the summit of Wales’ highest peak, this zingy marmalade is inspired by the traditional Snowdon pudding—a steamed lemon dessert made with marmalade, lemons, and raisins.

Fresh, citrusy, and full of flavour, it’s perfect on toast or as a secret weapon in the ultimate bread and butter pudding.

Ingredients: Sugar, lemons (40%), raisins (5%), filtered water

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 48 hours. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday via Royal Mail/ParcelForce or other courier.

You can choose your preferred delivery date in the cart (Tuesday–Friday only). We dispatch Monday to Thursday to ensure your hamper arrives in perfect condition. Orders placed Friday–Sunday will be processed on Monday.
